Thank you for your interest in being part of our staff this year. We truly appreciate our volunteers and want this to be a win-win for both you and for us. Please read the information below to understand the process before you register. It should answer most of your questions. If you would like to volunteer, please complete and submit the form at the bottom of this page.
TYPE OF VOLUNTEER WORK AND DESCRIPTIONS

Setup – Setup happens on Thursday and Friday. We need help putting up ballroom decorations and signage, as well as setting up registration, the competitor’s green room, and product booths.

Registration – We need people who can make everyone feel welcome, are comfortable using a computer, organized, will adhere to procedures and answer questions – with a great smile!

Security/Ushers – Door Security are volunteers who monitor proper wristbands for admission into the ballroom or workshops. Ushers are volunteers who assist people inside the ballroom such as: assist in finding seats.

Packing – We pack up the ballroom after awards on Sunday usually ending around midnight.

Floaters – Those people who need to pick up extra hours to fill in when people don’t show or when we are in need of extra help.

Event Runner – Scheduling may be “on call”. Are you available Friday through Sunday, have a good understanding of the area with reliable transportation is key and be able to handle multiple assignments? This job is for YOU!
VOLUNTEER IN EXCHANGE FOR PASS

As a volunteer, you will be committing to 8 – 10 hours in exchange for a ticket in open seating in a special staff section (semi-reserved).

If you do not complete your assignments after you receive your wristband, you will be obligated to pay for your ticket.
